MASS BURIAL CONDUCTED, AS 18,000 ARE RENDERED HOMELESS IN JOS



The International Committee of the Red Cross, the ICRC says that up to 18,000 people are homeless after days of sectarian violence in Jos the capital of Plateau state.
People have been sheltering in colleges, hospitals and schools since clashes began on Sunday, at the Red Cross estimates that more than 460 people in and around Jos have been killed.

EFCC SEIZES CECILIA IBRU'S PROPERTIES


There are more troubles for the former CEO of Oceanic Bank of Nigeria Plc Mrs Cecilia Ibru.

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission says it has confiscated 103 choice properties it alleges belong to the former bank chief.

The commission says some of the properties were bought with funds belonging to Oceanic Bank.
